By creating an account or using MyFlare, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
2. The service
MyFlare provides informational flare forecasts, symptom logging, and related wellness features. We may update or change features over time.
3. Eligibility & accounts
You must be 18 or older. Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Pricing, renewal, and refund terms are disclosed at purchase and follow applicable app store and auto-renewal laws.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or use it for unlawful purposes.
6. Your content & data
You own the data you provide. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
MyFlare and its software, branding, and content are owned by us and protected by law.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that forecasts are accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on a forecast.
10. Termination
You may stop using MyFlare at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
11. Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms; we’ll notify you of material changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MyFlare operates.
